    For help with installation, add-in usage, formula errors, or account questions, email hola@comprista.com with your organization name, a short description of the issue, and, when possible, a screenshot of the error.

    Comprista uses this address as the primary support channel for BXCO during review, onboarding, and general operation.

  2. Incidents

    02What to include in a report

    Share the incident date, the function used, the expected result, the returned result, and whether the issue happens in Excel Desktop, Excel on the web, or another supported environment.

    Do not send full workbooks unless they are necessary. If a case requires deeper review, Comprista will request only the minimum information needed to diagnose it.
